Thanks for watching everyone! Hope you enjoyed the 3rd video of our Mardi Himal trek. We had such a great time on this trek and can't wait for the next one when we return to Nepal. Have you completed any treks in Nepal that you would recommend?

I personally would like to recommend you Makalu Barun Trek. Though I've not been there, I am planning to go out there very soon. One of the very popular trekking route in Nepal is Annapurna Base Camp, you can go there too. And if you have strong enough legs then you can try Everest Base Camp(5300 metres)😂

@@himalrijal2194 I haven't actually heard of this trek before, but I've just had a look and it sounds amazing! Will definitely put that one in my back pocket for the future! Our original intention before Mardi Himal was to do the Annapurna Circuit, but at that time, there were some issues with the weather, which is why we held off in Pokhara for a little while and were recommended this one instead. Everest Base Camp was of course on our maybe list, but we talked ourselves out of the flight to Lukla 😅

Yea possibly. I mean I just had a quick google after your suggestion and it would kind of match up based on the descriptions of its appearance etc, but then again, I have no idea what I’m going on about 😂

I wonder if the exertion at that higher altitude was getting to you. Making you more tired quicker, and also the cause of sleeping so long.
@TheWanderLife Жыл бұрын
Yea very possibly. We do tonnes of walking and it's never an issue, so quite likely that the altitude plays a part in feeling more tired. Definitely felt great to have a good afternoon snooze arriving at the tea house
