In this video I take you along my arrival and a typical day in 200H-Yoga-Teacher-Training in Rishikesh, India.
My course was a 21 day 200H training at House of Om in the mountains near Rishikesh.

Daily schedule
5:30AM - wake up bell
6:00AM-6:15AM - shatkarma (yogi cleansing)
6:15AM-6:30AM - mantra (spiritual vibration)
6:30AM-7:00AM - pranayama practice
7:15AM-8:45AM - asana practice
9:00AM-10:00AM - breakfast
10:15AM-11:15AM - yogdarshan (philosophy)
11:30AM-12:45PM - yoga alignment - adjustment & methodology
1:00PM-1:30PM - optional one on one teacher session
1:30PM-2:30PM - lunch
2:30PM-3:45PM - swadhyaya (self-study)/assignments
3:45PM-4:45PM - yoga anatomy and physiology
5:00PM-6:30PM - asana practice
6:45PM-7:15PM - dharna & dhyana (concentration & meditation)
7:30PM-8:30PM - dinner
10:00PM - lights out
