They took the hood scoop away because they extended the front windshield by 5 inches and having the hood scoop with the new position of the windshield made it harder to see out of

As a fellow fatty, I'm delighted that the one number you keep memorized is to a pizza place. Great breakdown of three areas where the 2014 Forester falls short, btw. Even the speech quality of that BT phone system is bunk; I have to levitate my phone on my lap for best connectivity. With my phone in a cradle, the conversation often stutters, and come to think of it, just making/maintaining the BT link can be dicey sometimes. WARNING: Don't ever turn the car off or put it in gear while attempting to update the radio firmware via USB, as you WILL CORRUPT THE HEAD UNIT and require help from the dealer to reset that bad boy.

I like the gimbal. It was like you had a camera operator. I love the Bluetooth segment. The voice commands on my 2015 focus are just as bad. Thanks for the video

Yeah there are a few things I don’t like about my XT mainly the hood scoop then of course there is the driver side seat cracking then recently my Bluetooth loses connection constantly. But I still like my XT compared to my Impreza. I bought my Forrester mainly because I have a growing five-year-old son and I need broom and I’m 6 foot 7 so there’s plenty of room.

Yes, they changed the Bluetooth system. They actually have a nav system now which is good. I could easily fix everything on this car, there are parts out there to do it. I just had to find stuff to complain about for the video haha

I never said there is not enough space, I am saying I am surprised the glove box is so tiny and that the center console is not extremely efficient as it is just a pit, if you watch my 3 likes video, I say how much room there is.
