This is what I needed to hear.... I think most of us approach jobs with a servant mentality, keeping our head low, and trying to scrape for crumbs to just get in. We forget this is a two way deal. We have to remember this also meant to help US grow in the direction we want to go for our career. No wonder most of us continue to flounder. Never heard this kind of advice before. I wish more people could hear this. Thank you!

This sounds like me. I have been hired in countless jobs, despite lacking the qualifications. I have some very bad advice: Fake it till you make it. You'd be surprise how far you can get in life. I know I've gotten pretty far. Again, its bad advice, but when you got nothing, you got nothing to lose.
