Beef prep is a friggin art and illustrated here. Love it. Different heat sources and thus more attention to detail. My favorite is high heat on campfire using cast iron or a heated rock. It's one of life's simple pleasures:)

Idk if this was a joke or not. If he didn’t cut off that fat, u would have a real bad stomach ache, fat natural digest slower than other compounds. Wagyu itself, without fat is already extremely fatty in high proportions like shown in the video, due to it having tones of intra muscular fat.

Out of curiosity, You drink non-alcoholic beer. Which I though, this dude must not drink. I respect that. But in another video, you bust out a fine, expensive, bottle of single-malt scotch, my man. That pretty much all I drink, when I drink. I do enjoy Japanese scotch, with a ball of ice. Sipping while smoking an authentic Cohiba cigar that I brought from Cuba. hanging out on the Ozarks in front of a fire. That is life, my friend. I do plan to go to Japan one day. It is a unique culture unlike anywhere else on Earth. Hope you have a great 2021. 良い一日を。
