I would actually also include light cavalry in this that's mainly used to poke and prod and chase and kill softer targets such as routing units or archers/artillery and are exceptionally fast

its just cavalry with lower stats. their defensive type wouldnt be relevant

right so your wrong there is only types of Cav anything skirmisher goes in the skirmisher corner and is to be ignored hers the types 1. Mass = anti infantry plus what ever its specially made for cause it has so much mass' 2. ass = this is the cav you use to run down fleeing enemy's shitterly rear charge enemy's to almost no effect usually tier 2 and below. 3. grail something = the French cav that has Mass and anti large plus amour piecing and doesn't need buffs from anything to be good it is already better than mortal skull crushers and rot knights. if have any questions refer to answers above Q: what qualifies for mass: A: 1100 mass or more is Mass category's and less than that you shouldn't use too much past late Q: what qualifies as Ass: A: usually cav the require unique scenarios and or under preform mid to late game the units are still fine and good but can become shit later in long campaigns and at some point become a determent to your army where replacing them with infantry or another unit is better overall Q: what qualifies as Grail: A: the French cavalry some of the best in the game that can out match Chaos forces best cav units and 9 out of 10 engagement's head to head or supported Q: why not include skirmish cav in the list: A: skirmish cav very from faction to good, alright, this is my faction only range unit, and bombs on speed. and each faction can buff them to a degree like spider riders with double shot to outriders with LMGS all the way to slannash maurder Horsemen, and the unfortunate thing is 9/10 times a unit of archers or infantry range unit would just be better cheaper and get more value in a battle for you, and the bast skirmisher unit in the game that id close to cav are tomb king chariots with archers, CA need to change nearly all skirmisher cav units to have more ammo, shoot faster or hit slightly harder for them to have some proper use (excluding empire outriders they op) Any way im right your wrong the vid above is trash, i have over 4k hrs in Warhammer 3 i know everything in the game.
