I've often been victim of being scared of running out of things to say and I've known a few people who hate awkward silences and will force conversation. But as I've grown older, I've realised that sometimes it's okay to run out of thing to say. Silences aren't a bad thing. They're a chance to pause. And to reflect. You can enjoy them. And realising this has really helped to take the pressure off in social interactions like these.

Quick tip: Take deep breath before speaking. When you open up your diaphragm and let the air out as you talk, you'll automatically project louder and have vocal tonality Julien is showing here. Conversely, take a deep breath, let it out first and then talk, your coping/quiet/beta voice will automatically kick in, and it takes a lot more effort to project and speak louder.

This video was extremely helpful Julien, thank you for the awesome content! Do you happen to have a video on socializing even if you have low energy? Sometimes i am very low energy with girls while they're all bubbly and happy... Makes me feel like there's something wrong with me and i feel kinda jealous of thier positivity

There's way too much focus on the superficial levels of communication and almost ZERO consideration given to the deeper layers. Which is fine if you want to have a banal conversation with your neighbor or something. But if you want to be an ELITE level communicator, then we need to investigate every variable that goes into that type of communication.

Made a major shift in the 3rd and 4th layers last night, I feel like I already had a psychic ability to profile but now the projection is there as well. Thanks for all the insights brother! Looking forward to Summit. THE HORDE!!! 👹 LOL!

It's a good external tool... But not a substitute for deep inner work like letting go. 👌

@@JulienHimself So when you feel the unpleasant sensation you should capture it, embrace it as often as you can, but letting go is inner work that you do when you are alone at room etc.?

Does anyone experience green flashes in the video? meaning that maybe it's a problem with the uploaded video on youtube or is it just me and I have a problem with the PC (for example at 12:12 )
