Yea... I just hope he found the "beaming light", the beacon of hope, the realization that he has control to change things for the better from here on out! This was a basic-level meditation exercise. And I think everyone else DID "feel it" and "let go". That man is obviously hurting on a much deeper level - mentally, emotionally and psychologically - and I hope he's able to get the help he needs.

Meditating on death helps to kill the ego, forgive those who hurt you and experience unconditional love. Most powerful technique ever. Thanks Julien!

The guy who was weeping was the only one close to some measure of maturity there. In society, he would be laughed at. Little do they know that the laughers are condemned to falling off a cliff... while if he had a realization, he has a second chance.

June 6 2020 I died for few minutes in back of ambulance due to respiratory failure and wasn’t expected to make it then possible t in medical induced coma and on life support to see if lungs would open up after I was revived. I remember on way to ambulance I couldn’t breathe them as soon as I got in there was this strong sense of p ace that came over me and I said to myself ( I’m dead). Dying was the easiest thing I have ever done. I didn’t have any regrets or felt I had anything unfinished which is so surprising to me because I hated my life up to that point. I went through alot on my life which kept me stuck in pain . I was surprised that I had decided to come back to life cause I had always thought about and attempted suicide so dying seemed like it would’ve been an easy out for me but I came back snd the moment I opened my eyes the fords thing I said was” something is different “. Come to find out I started an spiritual awakening

I literally asked someone from Julian's team today if I was able to get access to a guided death meditation an hour ago and now I see this on my feed. I'm going through an ego death and I felt pulled towards doing death meditation. There has been so much death energy present in my life lately. Thank you.

While I am meditating and he gave me a second chance I was feeling that I don't need a second chance, it's better to end and stay in peace. I was just concerned about my mom and older brother. Am I depressed?

@lancecowan6584 Жыл бұрын
I’m no psychologist, but I know not everyone cares about having a second chance and some just get the will to live more through being with/helping others they care about, having good life experiences, etc. Just because you don’t desire a second chance and to live a better life, that doesn’t mean you’re depressed. Buddhists even say that the root of suffering is attachment/desire, so one removes an amount of suffering/depression probably by not feeling a need for a second chance at life according to that axiom. I bring it up because being at peace and being ok with death sounds like some Buddhist practices, and I’m assuming they’re not all depressed even though they’re thinking that.
