When I want to Trattoria Al Forno, my little sister had to go to the bathroom with my mom, so I tagged along with them. When we came out of the bathroom we had EXACTLY one of those “right place, right time magical moments” that AJ always talks about! When we walked out, we literally bumped right into Flynn rider as he was just about to walk into the restaurant area. My lil sis is OBSESSED with Flynn and that’s the whole reason we ate there!!! He ended up holding her hand all the way from the bathroom to our table at the far end of the restaurant! EASILY the most magical moment we have ever had at Disney World, and my sister was so happy!!!!!

That... is adorably pure. I was online friends with the main Aladdin in Epcot's Morocco back in the early 2000s, and he LOVED doing things like that with guests! He'd often run out to the garden planters (where Spice Road is now) calling out for Abu and asking both adults and children if they had seen him.

Noah David respect and morality are debatable since they’re a social construct for dominance and control ...now Amanda wasn’t being hurtful or throwing hate towards no one, she even covered the word shit with asterisks to not hurt sensitive people, but then again people always find a way to feel or project some kind of complex to one another to feel better of their own existence.

I loved the character meals and the characters are superfriendly, even with adults. I had everyone on the list but Ohana and here is a rundown of them: -Cinderallas Royal Table: Great show and great experience even if I was jetlagged and supertired those princesses make you feel like a king or queen. If you have little ones and can pair it with the bodaboo boutique experience youre princess lovers would love it! I saw many dressed up kidos and the princesses seamed to love it as much as the kidos and theyre family. -Akershus: Is in the Norwegian pavilion and has a great selection of Scandinavian food but has the same famous five group of princesses that CRT had so its a great option if you arent able to get that experience. It is also next to where Anna and Elsa has theyre meet and great so if youre little ones love Frozen its a must. There is also a number of meet and great options with princesses in the different lands in the World Showcase so even if youre kidos are not explorers they might want to meet those princesses. -Tusker house: The best character meal in Animal Kingdom and I loved that it was a buffé. You can meet the fab five fur characters like in a somewhat calm and relaxed atmosphere cause the rooms are fairly small and not lot of people at once. -Notebook diner: A great way to meet the only villain at the park together with Snow White and two of the dwarves whom in itself make they experience worth it. Like Al forno its not in a park so its great for an off park day. -Al Forno farewell dinner: Was great and it was great fun to meat the princes among with theyre princesses and its a thing I wish more character meals could do. I had breakfast on my last day and its easy to walk down to EPCOT and World Showcase afterwards so thats highly recommended even if its hard to get to. I loved the character meals and a tip is that you can have a little candy gift to give to the characters with you. They love it and its a great conversation starter. Johan.

We've eaten at most of the table service restaurants in Disney. Cinderella's Table had food that was "okay" and service felt rushed, but the granddaughters were in awe of the castle and meeting Cinderella. Was not impressed by Akershus but, again, princesses were the highlight of this meal. Have never been disappointed by O'Hana. Dinner at Be Our Guest in the library was fantastic, and meeting Beast was a highlight. Rainforest Cafe has an extensive menu but food, to me at least, is really good. Chef Mickey's is standard buffet fare but the parmesan mashed potatoes are to die for! Again, having the chance to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy were high points.

The signature dining is really too expensive for a family and most kids won't enjoy the food as much. Ohana is the BEST character meal. I may be biased because Lilo & Stitch is my favorite Disney movie, but my experience was much more than that. I had never been to Disney before and I didn’t know much about a lot of stuff, so my family was able to secretly book a breakfast there without me realizing it was a character breakfast. I lost my mind when I eventually saw Lilo & Stitch walking around. Me, a grown 20 year old woman, ended up crying cause I was genuinely surprised and overwhelmed. The stitch character hung out with us for five minutes, and even comforted me and wiped my pathetic tears haha. It was the most wholesome Disney experience possible. Not to mention, the food is great. :)

Some are favorite things are strolling through Magic Kingdom and look out for the band and the barber shop quartet on Main Street! Take time to see all of the street entertainment in Epcot and browse through all of the shops around the world. They have things in those shops that are not found anywhere else And that goes to animal kingdom also. Now you can see all those film shows and the charecters that other people don’t want to sit through... and go to a spa for as much is you can spend and then relax in the waiting room or lounge before or after your treatment. And you can also take advantage of all the things like seminars now at Epcot FW . And now I want to go back by myself😂

We went mid Sept and I am already dying to get back! Really liked Tusker House and Storybook Dining. Thanks for all the great suggestions!!

I know right?!! My family and I were there 14-19 of Sep and all i can think of has been our trip. I must go back, im planning on Sep 2021, itll be the 50th anniversary, like a must do, once in a lifetime. None of the food i have had since being back has tasted anywhere near as good as what i got in the parks!! I LOVE DISNEY WORLD!!!!

I REFUSE to spend $400 on dinner for my family of 4 after paying to get into the parks. No signature dining for us. We would rather have an additional park day.

boylanroden we are a family of 6 and we’d prefer to have another park day too! 🥰

Cool. For some people it makes sense and for some people it doesn’t. Personally, some of my favorite things about vacationing is the food, and on the dining plan my family would opt to use two credits for amazing food and experiences and use snack credits for meals on another day.
@johannakline28995 жыл бұрын
annaxbarie absolutely! Different strokes for different folks. That’s what’s great about Disney! 🥰

I would add.. figure out how many hours you will be at the park... maybe 10 hours? How much of that 10 hours does someone want to spent sitting in a restaurant? Breakfast.. lunch.. dinner.. there are restaurants that are NOT in the park.
@Ninjo1115 жыл бұрын
If your on a budget then you can always opt to go off-property and get some food elsewhere. My Family of 8 self-cater in a villa so that option leaves us the ability to have a hire-car and cook at the villa or what we would usually do is go and find a nice place to eat without it breaking the bank.. Disney caters for millions of tourists so theres always something for everyone but if its not your style then you can always look into other options.. One such option would be the Outlets on Vinewood Rd where they have a good selection of Asian and American cuisine with a Starbucks and a Subway or if thats not your style then theres always plenty of options of International Drive or the 192 and the trip down there is sometimes a nice way to explore...

My family and I went to storybook a little while ago, and it wasn’t very good. The appetizers and desserts were pretty good, but our food wasn’t good. The steaks were undercooked and cold, and the chicken just didn’t taste very good. Meeting the evil queen was very fun though! When we met her, Snow White was coming out to do her rounds at the tables, and the evil queen gave her this glare that was the funniest thing.

My wife and I had a late breakfast/almost brunch at Ohana on our 33rd wedding anniversary. My wife is vegan which we originally neglected to tell them, but when they find out, we just couldn't believe how accommodating they were. We're old (obviously) and our appetites aren't what they used to be, so there was more food on the table than we could have eaten in three days. Everyone was wonderful, the characters spent a lot of time with us, the food was AMAZING, and we couldn't have had a better celebration. We are attempting to try to eat someplace different each time we go, but the temptation is always to go back and have that experience all over again. We can't recommend it highly enough.

We booked Tusker House on our honeymoon, not realizing it was a character meal, it was one of our favorite memories from that trip and the food was delicious!

Agreed! My main goal when I go to WDW is to try all of the new foods that I can. For me, rides and characters are secondary. With 300+ restaurants, there's just so much to try that you HAVE to keep coming back!

Hey AJ. We took your advice and did Morimoto for lunch in July 2019. They said the wagyu beef would still be two dinning credits. We explained to them that we were there for dinner July 2018 and the wagyu dinner was two credits, but our understanding was that for lunch it was one. They said they had a recent change and it would be FOUR credits for dinner. Ouch! My wife and daughter had the Peking duck for two and it was four credits at lunch: two each person. We still love Morimoto and plan to dine there again (lunch of course).
@billybelcaro95855 жыл бұрын
Guests go out of their way to try the popular wagyu and duck. Good to know those items are always more than 1 TS credit, and up to 4 credits.
@michaelchristiangroves91745 жыл бұрын
billy belcaro yea it shocked us, but honestly well worth it. We still talk about the experience months later. Disney is our favorite destination and not just for the theme parks but equally so for fine dining.
@canyouwhenyourdrunk5 жыл бұрын
I can agree with that as we went 3 weeks ago for lunch and thr wagyu beef was not on the menu. When I asked the server she said she could speak to the kitchen but it would 4 dining credits! Crazy!
@gondorbunny5 жыл бұрын
@@canyouwhenyourdrunk Not so crazy when you realize that the Wagyu beef is $75 per OUNCE with a 3-oz minimum suggested. I would gladly use dining credits for such an exclusive treat!

Your videos are great, and you may have previously covered this... but can you do a video on how to plan a disney vacation? The options for meals and activities and rides and sights are overwhelming, and everytime I try to start planning, I feel lost! Maybe cover how you set up your family's itinerary or how you would suggest a first time visitor do it? Thanks for all the great content and tips!
@esrobinc5 жыл бұрын
Kristin Kibler Best advice that I ever got and followed up on was book your first Disney with a Disney travel co. Be sure and ask them if they have their EARS. They will find the best hotel park tickets and save you so much headache. They can plan everything for you and it won’t be more $.They can also make reservations for your dining and magical express etc. etc.

I once had a wonderful vanilla chicken meal at the Blue Bayou in Disneyland. However, the next time I went to Disneyland, the vanilla chicken wasn't on the menu. Apparently that was a seasonal item or a chef specialty.

I finally was able to eat at Le Cellier and got the cheddar cheese soup and filet mignon. I’m very sensitive to pepper and did not enjoy the soup. The filet was also peppered and had fennel as well. Wish I would have known as it was hard to enjoy these two dishes due to the seasoning ☹️ I really appreciate your commentary though and listen to all of your KZbin videos. Thanks for all of your great work!

you can get all that information contacting them in advance, also ask any park employee and they will put you in contact with someone that can help. best bet is consulting social media, other people are always glad to share their experiences.

Nitin Jain - No - the price (at the lowest) would be around $200 per couple. There are various add on items, wine pairing- add proteins etc. If you really go all out the price for dinner for 2 can go as high as $700 +
