subscribed and got myself some vivobarefoot trail.. I was convinced "this is the way" when i first tried them on.. really wish there was a good option for safety toe barefoot boots as i gotta wear safety toe boots for my work.. wish you could make a video about that!

Thanks for the sub! Sadly no options yet but I’ve had at least 10 people ask about it in different comment sections so who knows, sometime maybe!

Very interesting, I've been doing the straight leg calf raise which has helped my calves. Had never heard of the Jefferson curl and the elephant walks before.

Thanks 🙌🏽. Definitely recommend trying them out, they’re a really helpful movement - just be careful loading the Jefferson curls!

Definitely look like good exercises for added strength.

I did a bad transition years ago. Gave up. Went back at barefoot at the beginning of the year, taking it slowly (started with 1 day on, 2 days off, then 1 on 1 off, then multiple on and 1 off as a rest, until I got to 24/7). I always had weak feet, but since I walk only with barefoot shoes, that changed. More stability, more strength. I used to get injuries from sport (I'm really active), once a month, or once every two months. Now, it's been 8 months I had no injuries! (I might have just called this on me though 😂)

Haha at that injury rate, there might have been something more to it than the shoes - but that’s awesome man. I’m pleased you didn’t throw in the towel after your first transition attempt, that takes some brass 🙌🏽
