Paul Millsap was a big-time steal as the 47th pick of his year's Draft. He has a great wingspan but scouts got caught up with his lack of height. He only measured at 6'6.25" at the NBA's pre-draft camp. He's severely underrated and a great #1 for this list.

Everyone talks picking up Blake Griffin as the new guy to pair next to Westbrook. But I think OKC should pursue Hayward. He's everything they need on the wing & will definitely take the over the top. Joshua Pleasant as a die hard wizards fan it hurts that you're right. For him to stay, he needs to be treated as the wizards star player. Damian should have been number one on this list. He's done so much for the Blazers in just a couple years! Ever since Aldridge left, hes had to step up his role as not only 'rookie of the year' but to an All-Star caliber mentality. The Blazers would definitely go unnoticed as a whole. But then again, you have '3j' McCollum thats stepped up his game IN A YEAR. Both of these great players have been noticed by the best in the league like Lebron James and Kevin Durant. But I guess NBA fans aren't that hyped for what they have accomplished in just a short amount of time. Like this comment if you think these two are just as good as the Splash Bro's or Kyle Lowry and Demar DeRozan. They deserve all the credit for uplifting the blazers from chaos after almost the entire roster had been reset and polished. If you don't agree with this rant, then you can go watch the euro-league on DirecTV with your sorry ass, cause quite frankly you'll probably band wagon some player on a team in that league just cuz they do some funky circus shots. --HATERS GONNA HATE--

Nice vid, great info, I do agree with Hayward and Valanciunas (don't think I spelled that right). I'm a little iffy about Tobias Harris and don't exactly agree with Paul Millsap. If I could be so bold, Jordan Clarkson and Julius Randle could be considered underrated - a second round pick averaging around 16 points in Clarkson and a power forward coming back off of a season ending injury early in Julius Randle averaging a double-double this past season? Though nobody bats an eye about either.

Glad someone else outside of Toronto notices Jonas. The main reason He doesn't get a lot of minutes it because our coach doesn't believe he's good enough or fast enough on D and only has a few polished moves in the post. Toronto fans in general are split on all our stars. We love Jonas but many hate him for his flaws, same goes for Kyle Lowry, and Demar. However, he showed up big in Playoffs beside Bismack and expect him to have break out season.

LOW, can I give you 1000 likes?!!! These guys you've mentioned are so underrated it's staggering. I'm so proud that there's actually NBA fans out here that pay attention to games vs the box score. One thing I want to say is that there are a ton of Raptors fans that I've heard who were pissed that Biyombo wasn't resigned but Toronto really didn't need him. JV does so many gritty and underappreciated things like play positional defence and a true offensive threat in the post. As a Raptor fan, I hope JV gets more touches but with DeRozen there taking horrendous shots, I really doubt JV will ever reach his potential. Call me crazy, but I think his offensive game could be that of a Pau Gasol if he was given an opportunity. I hope to hear your input LOW. And in all honesty, I feel that you shit on Agent 00 in almost every basketball discussion.

IDK about the offense presence off Pau but I totally agree. As a Laker fan I would love to have JV on the squad and I'm pretty sure we would give him more than 30 min of PT. Also tell Agent that I beat him in all of out basketball discussions

+Legend Of Winning I think JV has the skills to score with jump hooks, sweeping hooks up and under moves but the fact that he has a mid game is quite nice. Not enough touches but he has a very high ceiling if Dwane Casey ever evolves his depressing predictable offense

Should have put jokic from Denver Nuggets even though he is a rookie btw good video and jokic is performing at the olympics

Hey dude, have you ever consider Nikola Vucevic could be on this list?

I feel the Jazz are building a team around Hayward, at least better the they were, and I honestly think they should have made LOW's off-season winners list, gaining players like George Hill, and Joe Johnson. Although, I do agree that they need an elite point guard to back him up. Some national writers are saying the Jazz could be 4th or 5th seed in the playoffs, as it is quite evident they will be making it this year.
