it probably is accurate, the tire probably was spinning at around 5000rpm at 650km/hr and thats when normal tires implode. thats why expensive cars like a bugatti have very expensive tires that are capable of holding itself together at those speeds. but hey if you do double that, the tire will just explode into tiny bits at 10,000rpm aka travelling at the speed of sound(if you can go to 0-1200km/hr under 2 mins).
