This just confirms Kyle should be fired. He is way overrated and paid. He has 4 losing seasons in 8 years. He has not won a SB. It's only about winning SB's. It's rebuild time. Prioirity #1: Fire Lynch and Kyle. Priority #2: Hire Mike Borgonzi as GM and either Todd Monken or Lincoln Riley or Ben Johnson as HC. Priority #3: trade/cut ties with aging veterans. Unless your name is Kittle or Warner (for leadership), no need for anyone over 30 years old. Priority #4: acquire young/healthy guys in FA. Priority #5: draft size/speed. Target QB Drew Allar. Priority #6: Do NOT extend any player, including Brock.

there is a clause in all HC contracts such that if fired they are required to find work elsewhere if years are still on their contract. The exception was Belichick. When Kingsbury was fired from the Cardinals he booked a one way ticket to Thailand and he agent told him to get back to the US and find work or he would not get paid. So no, the York's would not be on the hook for the entire 14m per year.

Kyle is a 1rst time head coach in his 1rst 7 seasons he has taken us to 2 Super Bowls and 4 NFC Championship games. I'm very aware of the ultimate goal being to win that 6th Lambordi, but I'm missing the logic behind the rally cries to fire a young coach with this type of success. Who are we going to hire that will guarantee this kind of success or better? If Bill was still that guy he would still be in New England! Ben Johnson looks to be a promising young coach and a is a great OC, but there is no guarantee that is equipped to be a HC.

We shouldn’t get rid of KS. But we need to get new coordinators. I agree with you, Grant. The biggest mistake was to resign Deebo couple yrs ago and Trent Williams this year. We should’ve strengthened the O-line instead of drafting a WR in the 1st round. We should’ve sign BA in the beginning of the off season. He would’ve been in OTA’s and not so rusty in the beginning of the season. We now need to trade Bosa, Trent, KJ and Deebo. Get the most outta them even if it ain’t 1st round picks which we might. We do better in the later rounds anyways. We need to bring Saleh back as DC. Let’s beef up the OLine and DLine. We should draft a OL, DT, CB and TE before Kittles gets older.
