The uzis have a few issues. The low RPM one is open bolt with somewhat bouncy recoil all things considered also for some inexplicable reason it is unable to mount powered optics (barring some goofy exceptions that don’t really count the REAP-IR is not a practical sight in the slightest for an SMG). And the Uzi pro is limited to 32 round magazines. The low magazine capacity is not necessarily a deal breaker but it’s in a caliber with a ton of high fire rate guns with much better magazine capacities and so does not stand out well. Additionally the Uzis are HEAVY for what they are. One of the biggest advantages of the MP-7 and MP-9 is the incredibly low weight. And the standard uzi that’s more in competition with stuff like the MP-5 and MPX has awkwardly shaped 50 rounders (three slot pockets are annoying to find and I think the most you can have on any vest in the game is just 4) weighs significantly more, can’t mount any powered optics, fires way slower, and to top it off has significantly more bouncy recoil than the MP5SD or MPX. I don’t think the Uzis are bad as they are definitely useful but they really don’t stand out. Unless you are hunting kollentay in which case the open bolt standard Uzi is the greatest gift mankind has gifted to tarkov as it’s an actually good gun that he can’t jam unlike all the other open bolt guns that are annoying to use either because of being impractical like the RPD or just not very useful like the PPSH. Plus it’s in a solid caliber with good ammo available from the traders that has over 30 pen allowing it to go through his guards stupid face shields

I have used the vector in arena a lot and with ap, it shreds people, the low recoil makes it so easy to tap heads, also the loud p90 ive found to be great with a valday to snipe and you can just spray at 50-200 meters with that scope and the recoil is manageable

My go-to strat for the P90 reloading issue is just risking it and not taking any spare ammo at all, taking a total of 5-6 mags instead. The gun is extremely effective for its cost, which makes losing all the loaded ammo not that painful when dying. And it saves you a lot of time, as well as a few slots in your pouch EDIT: Also, just dropping an empty insured mag on the ground will free up some inventory slots, and they are almost guaranteed to come back later

Biblically Accurate Vector would be the best gun in the game. At 1200rpm with accurate to life recoil mitigation on top it would be unstoppable. Thing fires 20 rounds PER SECOND with laser accuracy. I wish it could be represented in games without being objectively overpowered.

@@AKK5I Came in with the Patch that added (and is probably caused by) Inventory management while loading into Raid. My personal conspiracy theory is that the coder responsible for the feature had to playtest the Halloween event and implement it on purpose to make that somewhat playable. ^^

@@Chevalier_knight the MP5SD does technically have better recoil and because of the way it works it slows down rounds a whole bunch keeping the pen high much farther so its technically not better in every way but it is definitely better overall. Those 41 rounders having no pack speed modifier makes them absolutely beautiful on longer or more intense raids where you have to repack ammo a bunch and the customization is top tier

P90 sucks because of the mags alone. Repacking them takes way too long. I know of the bug of dropping your rig or putting them into a container and instant repack but this will be patched out. I always sell P90s if i pick them up at all. MP7 is the one for me. I rock it as my secondary whenever i run a bolt action.

The trick is to bring enough mags to never run out, and also bring a stack of ammo to top off ur mags **everytime** you loot something. Works best for quick factory runs or Reserve basement zergruns. Also : that bug prolly isnt gonna get patched, people have been using the insta-reload bugs for years now and BSG hasnt even noticed it. Having an insta-repack bug on top of that is just another thing thats too in-depth for them to understand.

L191 for the P90 is a much better round personally. 53 damage and 33 pen, still very decent at dealing with Class 4. I personally run a preset of 15 190, 10 L191 and 25 R37F with 98 flesh. My theory being, if i haven't penned someone and killed them with the first 25 rounds, then I'm taking some limbs with me.

I might be wrong but isn't there a trick to repacking p90 mags where you drop the mag and the ammo on the ground inside a bag and then you can immediately refill it? I think I saw someone do it with that big LMG with the 100 rounders, the m60E4

I wonder why the ballistic is not setup as an ammo has a base stats at some set velocity and when you have higher you get more pen and damage, drops lower you get lower pen and damage. The same projectile at the same speed shouild do consistent damage and pen And I still wonder why they do not add a zero in shooting range function to let people zero to desired ammo

9mm PBP eats weapon durability like mad (+170%). On a fast firing SMG youre down into jamming territory easily in the space of a normal raid. I don't ever use 9mm any more because of that.

surprised you did not mention the mp5sd it has -33% bullet vol with PBP u almost lose nothing compared to the other guns because of sound bearer since whenever the bullet goes below sound bearer it almost stops losing energy ( around 350 ms) the mp5sd gets u almost there so you lose so little energy
