Tom is there such a Morgage company that excepts 5% deposit scheme like in uk. I Have my nice Living in Abu Dhabi yas Island and her hubby own a car sale company, However I am not rich but I can buy from here if I can transfer Morgage or somehow lower deposit amount! I checked ready apartments in Abu Dhabi were x2 to 3x cheaper that I can get in London

I think most villa communities will be a good bet looking long-term. Villa / Townhouses are undersupplied :)

So if you buy a house in Dubai, do you have to make a yearly tax on it like property tax? Or it’s fully yours and there’s no more payments after that (if you paid in full)

I really like Mudon... Pros: Family friendly, nice properties, great amenities, walkways & peaceful does not feel too cramped... Cons: Can't think of many other than slightly further from Dubai Marina / Downtown

Meadows, The Lakes and Arabian Ranches are all popular with Brits around this budget. These particular communities also come with larger plots / gardens which is a benefit. Let me know if you need any help :)
