I went on the UNC campus in 1979, and the student union had a bowling alley. I was in the 9th grade, and the Latin club attended the state convention at UNC.

At every college I have toured they have showed me massive gyms/rec centers. UNC is confusing, I have seen a video of a small gym and of buildings with separate basketball courts. Does student rec suck?

honestly, yes it’s not great. The majority of colleges I’ve seen have better gyms than ours. That’s not to say it’s horrible, like it has everyone you need, but it could be way better

They do offer some full time scholarships, but it will be very difficult to get into. I believe there are applications on UNC's website!

Thanks! Yes, the basketball courts usually are always pretty crowded unless you go at off times (like early morning or mid afternoon)

Make sure you’re involved in some comp sci related extracurriculars, start looking at common app essay prompts and think of ideas as soon as they come out, but also just make sure you’re keeping your grades up
