The biggest enemy was Hyman Roth..not only did he just miss Michael in his home, and got all inside his organization but also got the state senate hearing on Michael, almost getting him hemmed up in there with Frank Pentangeli. If Michael didn't get Frank's brother over to the states to the trial, Michael was going to jail for a long time. Hyman Roth had Michael in a few different traps that Michael was lucky to get out of.
