Can you give any advice on how to record SEP IRA employER contribution in QBO for an SCORP? I can't find clear instructions anywhere.

Hi. I can't give you specific advice. However, normally a SEP IRA employer contribution is an expense to the business.

I have an invoice who's status says Paid (In Review) I can't figure out how to move this to 'Deposited' - since it did clear the bank

That may be a bug in QBO if it's not moving the invoice out of "In Review".
