Nice natural looking makeup… I love this! 3-5 minutes and you’re done!!
@JustLIkerapunzel3 ай бұрын
My make up routine looks somewhaz similar and it takes me about 3 minutes in the morning. I use my fingers to put on some eyeshadow, peachy / light pink , very bright and surle looking color, some brown instead of black eyeliner that I only use for half the eyelid. It's not liquid so it is very easy to use. Adding some blush and a lipstick using a lipliner for my outer shape but filling it in with a 24h lasting lipstick that has one of those vaseline sticks on the opposite end. If I feel like I have the time and patience I finish it with some maskara but I often skip it 😅 Depending on the day I also add some powder blush but again just if I have some extra time. But even those 2 extra steps barely take up a minute. I guess I am lucky to have good skin. But I am really glad my teenage bf told me to stay away from foundation. He didnmt want to kiss me cause he considered it "to be like kissing dirt 😂" and was lile "if you now feel like you need that already dor your skin, imagine what your skin will look like decades later feom frequent use!

@hannahxx172 ай бұрын
@@butterfly2604 Good skin care for your skin type, blurring primers, and make sure you set your makeup well - matte is better than dewy for minimising the appearance of large pores. Also be sure to always remove your makeup fully and wash your face well. Lastly know that everyone has pores and they're nothing to be ashamed of. Larger pores can just be genetic, although they are common with oiler skin which is also why you want to choose matifying products rather than dewy ones. Treat your skin and yourself with kindness 💖

This. It can cause some issues. Unless you didn’t put any powder there. You could powder the tzone with a powder like the one she used, but use a translucent over the blush if she was concerned about powdering it.
@dragonsncake9787Ай бұрын
I mean if you have the supplies you technically can Say you have a blemish right where you apply your blush. First you prime, conceal (do not put the applicator on the blemish), use a brush to blend and want to seal it. A small amount of powder can be applied depending on what blush you are using. If it's an option I would always use only a powder blush that day but say you can't. A liquid blush applied by a brush dried slightly will help avoid messing with the makeup underneath covering the blemish and is less likely to carry bacteria then applying a cream blush directly on the blemish. If it's only applied to the blemish and nowhere else it should be okay. But it could have texture issues and be less long wear suitable. The better option is a setting spray but in a pinch it could work. Just not all powder and then cream or liquid blush

@reya40574 ай бұрын
It only interferes with sunscreen when it comes to reapplying but there is many options to reapply over makeup. I have tried some tinted sunscreens that break me out so bad so I prefer my regular sunscreen and wearing makeup over it 🤷🏻♀️ so everyones different

@dragonsncake9787Ай бұрын
It depends. I do like to have sunscreen in my makeup but it still gets in the way with reapplying frequently. Also while taking care of skin can help I've had discoloration since I was born. Most of my face is blotchy and red and there are also spots where it looks like I have horrible bruising. I finally have gotten it down to a manageable level where people don't assume I've been crying or got hurt, but some days for my self esteem I just need a medium coverage foundation and a nap. Yes skincare is helping but that takes years to find out what works and if your taking care of your skin and doing makeup as long as your taking care of your skin reapplying you sunscreen regularly and not using products that irritate you it's fine. Especially if it's this small daily wear. I'll never recommend heavy makeup daily but it's a lot better then it used to be even a decade ago

This may sound weird, but are you doing your skincare routine before applying makeup? Not only does it make sure you have a clean base to start your look with,but it can also help with flakes makeup. I make sure to wash only with room temp. or cool water and end my skincare routine by "sealing" with a bit of facial oil. The only thing, truly, that moisturizes your face is water but oils can act as a sealant to lock in said moisture (preventing some dryness). I wait about 10 minutes after using oil to be super safe about it not ruining the effectiveness of my products. I also try to always use a hydrating primer and liberally use a setting spray to "melt" my products in. Sorry for rambling lol I just remember being new to make up and struggling to make it last through the night.

1 agree with the commenter above me 2 I have the same problem. For full flame I use a tinted brow gel and follow my natural shape just to keep it more shaped and to make sure pieces are sticking every which way somehow. Also helps that the gel is my died hair color and not my eyebrow hair color so it looks like my hairs natural when I do that

I've been using my old dried up black mascara since my teens and still do to this date. Any mascaras that just get old and dried up, I save it to use on my brows. Never bought an eyebrow product even though I do full face of makeup and love my makeup. I'm just not into wasting money on products I know I don't need. This is a really good recommendation though xx

Another tip is get a good pigmented liquid blush( Juvia's Place is my fave but Elf has a good one too) and then set it with a powder blush. So when they powder fades the color is still there from the liquid.

Do you notice any oil on your face after the 10 mins? And do you pat your cheek with a paper towel or something before the powder blush? Even with drier skin, after some kind of base being put on the face, it can make oils pull to the surface. Patting the face with a paper towel after that first wave of oil can make powders last longer

Is applying primer necessary in makeup or not?
@wimak084 ай бұрын
Personally just don't apply makeup on dry skin and ur only gonna be using Concealer just moisturise ur skin or a primer moisturiser it stays
@shorya14714 ай бұрын
It depends on your skin type. If you have extremely oily skin it'll be best if you could use a good oil control primer. The oil control primer will help your makeup last longer and it'll not seperate as easily. But if you have normal or dry skin you don't really need a primer just prep your skin well with a hydrating toner and moisturizer.
@realSimoneCherie4 ай бұрын
I only do it bc i also use a color correcting Primer and it’s remarkable how much better you look when your entire face is the same tone/hue
@thecabbagemaster.4 ай бұрын
it probably depends on ur skin, ive been doing makeup for over a decade and my skin NEEDS primer to stay bc im rather oily with some visible pore texture, so primer is a no skip for me, but it could be a skip for someone with smaller pores and less oil production
@Amila-ym7ny4 ай бұрын
Not to base makeup usually if u do ur skincare youll be fine esp if the foundation is water based but if its silicone based it might be helpful (this is also based very much on ur skin type - silicone can be clogging for oily acne prone people) For eyeshadow i think primer is a MUST. There’s a big difference. The milani one is dirt cheap and works like magic. Worth it always
