Interesting video intro. 1. True memecoins are technically not to have any locked liquidity, aka redemption, as you bought it knowing it is a parody or a joke to against mainstream Crypto, or to a specific Crypto project. 2. If at a later date the memecoin is accepted as payment for goods, and services on websites, connected or not connected to the developer, that is another matter. 3. Sadly the SEC lumps a true ecosystems with pump and dump ecosystem, thus stating that by creating an ecosystem is a Securities, which is false, unless the sale was an investment.

Great vid as always, thanks for the education Kev. I almost got caught out by one of those X posts that ask you to drop your Sol address in the comments for a chance to win some. Later you get a private message saying that you are one on the lucky ones and to click on a link. When you do you are asked to send a small amount of Sol to cover the fees - in this case about 30 bucks. At this point I smelt a rat and figured if you can afford to giveaway Sol then you can afford to cover the fees.

Thank you for the videos, they provide excellent learning opportunities. I'm currently working on a project and trying to follow your example. I was planning to submit my project for your Wednesday hunt, but my project's liquidity is low right now, and I know you require a minimum of $10,000. I will submit it once I reach that threshold. Additionally, we're facing an issue with scammers pretending to post calls, but there are no actual clicks or calls. If possible, in future videos, we'd appreciate content on selecting a community manager and finding genuine callers who can attract serious buyers.
