Correction: they built the V16 (there’s a video of it working on KZbin). It doesn’t make 5,000 hp on the dot, but it does make close to 4,500 hp. The only reason why this car was delayed so much was because they weren’t able to find a transmission that can handle the massive amount of torque this car makes. But there is a video of the quad turbo Devel V16 on YT. They also made another car called the Devel Sixty, which is an extreme off road car unlike the Sixteen

The engine does exist and there's a vid of it on the dyno but the dyno limits it to just 4500 while the engine still has 3k more rpm so it does have about 5k hp

Yeah you may have seen it. But its NOT a real car. Its just a carbon shell put on top of a chopped down Corvette chassis. Running a perfectly normal Corvette engine. These Arab brothers behind this thing tried to build this at some point. But nobody wants to work with them because they dont know a thing about cars and ask for impossible things that dont exist. It's true, the car actually exists. I think this is enough proof to all of those who didn't believe that this car was real; we even get information about it from an educated car enthusiast. And yes, since they actually haven't sent a V16-engined version into production yet, we can't 100% confirm that it will actually be this powerful. They're planning to make the car reach 350 mph and do 0-60 in around 1.9 or 1.8 seconds. They were earlier testing the engine on some kind of dyno, and the engine was really capable of doing 5000 hp. To be exact, 5007 hp. Although, I did get the information from Google, because I was earlier checking the performance of this car. So, we can't confirm that my information is correct yet, but personally, I think this hypercar is able to be this powerful. Also, I have no information of when the car will be fully finished and sent to production.
