The best Fuzz comparison, if not the best pedal comparison. of all time. Very educational. I'm going to watch again. Well done!

What I really got out of this was the first jazz master tone that I didnt think sucks….wow great sound

I actually came away with having a feel for each pedal’s strengths and realizing which attributes I may not enjoy personally. Great approach (and playing) on this video. Thanks.

What a cool video. Really useful comparison to show how the pedals perform in a mix. Love the track btw reminded me of the Wedding Present and other early 90s indie. Bang on!

Im a Big Muff guy through and through. Tho, I love them more for rhythm playing or lead lines behind vocals as they sit in a mix perfectly. They generally need a boost from elsewhere for lead. I did pair my Russian with an Octave Fuzz the other day, tho. It worked.

One ton bee showing just how under the radar it is for being such a fantastic fuzz. Mojo hand tends to always delivers a usable pedal. My pick though, always the muff. That sustain just sings, second would be a tone bender.

I really like the one ton bee!just a question;how do you set the volume of that pedal as the same of the amp or you just roll back the guitar vol pot? I can't crank that vol knobs like that at home!!

Sorry! I don't mean to insult you people...but that Maestro fuzz is the worst fuzz I ever tried in 20 years of trying.

I’ve been waiting for feedback on that pedal. I have the delay. It’s ok. Nothing crazy.

Unless you have a 3 piece, or you are the only guitar in the band, the Maestro and Muff circuits tend to turn you into mud or bury you in a mix. One can compensate if they have a very mid-heavy amp, EQ or even TS pedal stacked. Or just get the Tone-Bender circuit.

It's a different kind of beast. In a 70s soul / funk thing or 60s rock / pop playing mini lead lined they're perfect.

Several other ways to use fuzz in very different kinds of mixes. This is awfully 90s-centric.

Well, we didn't have the budget to make a movie! But I think the majority of fuzz lovers are into '90s Alt Rock so this should be of interest to a wide enough audience. There's a reason why the latest Big Muff by EHX has J Masis sgnature on it (and it's #1 on Reverb.com's fuzz charts).
