Another great video! I’ve been doing a ton of your workouts lately. I mentioned it in the last video that I love you added the commentary, but my only suggestion is to maybe add some low volume background music to add a little intensity. I like that jungle song you played a lot. That would be perfect

i do only two exercises for legs and at home only. the first is of course the squats with a backpack loaded with weights and i also hold a dumbell. the srcond is something i like to call elevated glute bridges. the way i do it its like glute bridge but i rest my feet on a chair instead of a floor. keeping your feet as vertical as possible will shred your calves. this is a highly compound exercisd which will destroy pretty much all the rear legs muscles. i hang a heavy backpack on my knees to add up to intensity
