Which top 3 programms would you recommend to master in 2025? I am farily new to graphic design and I have basic understanding of Figma, Illustrator Photoshop. but I a Mastered the design principles first. like I spended a year understanding typography color theory etc.

anyone can tell me how really to start graphic design, I get people say start learning the principle but how to apply that principles and just how to approach to such. even finding reference on pinterest is hard as it has good design which can be copied but without any knowledge even how can we copy let alone the concept. So anyone which is at medium tell me how to approach. I know practice will make perfect but without knowing what to follow and how to follow is really making dry.

1. Learn the basic principles 2. Study them on real designs and try to find them everywhere 3. Learn a software and start making basic stuff on it 4. Take any type of design you like and just try to replicate the idea with some variation 5. Keep practicing with a variety of ideas and designs 6. Start doing random designs on your own with others as an inspiration 7. Learn advanced design principles 8. Create your own unique identity and design idea That's just off the top of head, I always just tried to learn and replicate what worked so I can know the idea behind good Designs, then I started to add my own twist before eventually doing it all with minimal references.
