As to why Ritual Dagger cant stack twice with Echo Form but Genetic Algorithm can is probably because of how the game treats how cards are played. For example, playing Omniscience selecting Ritual Dagger with 2 enemies and killed both with it will stack it twice. This is because you as the player did not "Target" the enemies, and such the game will select it for you. But with Echo form, the player has to "Target" an enemy (for Ritual dagger). As such, the game will try to perform the action of playing Ritual Dagger twice on the same target. Which will make the second Ritual Dagger not having a "legal Target" for its action (Assuming said enemy is already on 1 health).

He probably wouldn’t have taken Blizzard anyway, though. Even when you’re a Frost-stacking deck, you don’t really have to win with Blizzard. It would’ve been takable, but Jorbs is generally pretty low on Blizzard. His series of “How Good Is [Card]” also confirms this.

Bag of Preparation literally does the same exact thing as Silent's starter relic and you say Ring of the Snake is bad and "does almost nothing" but now you say bag of prep is good. Make up your mind!

It was context-dependent. Since he wanted early Echo Form as often as possible in this run, Bag of Prep looked a lot better. Combo-style decks like that Relic way more than your Silent starter deck necessarily likes it.
