There’s another factor with the first “Kiss of Death” that wasn’t mentioned. It has been stated that the Muto have an electrical magnetic pulse ability that weakens the atomic breath coupled with the armoured carapace would leave Godzilla with little options to inflict major damage with it unless used at a weak point.

I think an honorable mention would be how Ghidorah's other heads died. While Ghidorah's last living head (not including the one which eventually pilots Mecha-G) was subjected to the kiss if death 2, the other heads were completely disintegrated via multiple blasts from Godzilla's "burning Godzilla" form. It seems to be completely disintegrated alive would be one of the worst ways to go

Not to mention that Ghidorah got the entire rest of his body VAPORIZED by Burning Godzilla's final nuclear stomp after using it to cave in and pierce his chest. Imagine your entire body being burned away from the inside out, and then you still have a head and neck feeling everything, after which Godzilla slowly burns you out from the neck stump to the point that the burns are moving through your skull and eyes, at which point you finally get blasted to ash.

As far as honorable mentions go, Mothra's should definitively be there, her majesty had already gone through hell because of Rodhan and was left heavily wounded to the point her wings were terribly burned and still she found the strength to give Godzilla one last fighting chance before Ghidorah blasted her to atoms. Don't know what is worse, dying and then having your corpse be turned into an incubator or having your spine ripped out, both sound horrible to me!

It was also still clearly alive with the fact that it's bioluminescence was still visible on it's face and it's eyes, also it was groaning as it died after the hit, literally felt every bit of that hit and pain till the end, worse than any other hit from any other kaiju, because that was a full force tail whip with shards of Godzilla dorsal plates piercing through and getting smacked and pierced into a freaking building all while still alive after all of that for a short moment.

Honestly, i've always found kong's kills more brutal for the sheer fact of what he usually does afterwards. with godzilla's kills, he's quick, efficient, menacing, utilizing his atomic powers to disembowel and burn his opponents. However, kong will decapitate, mutilate, squish, tear apart and then proceed to eat his opponents remains.

I totally agree with this list but Ghidorah's fatality sticks out the most to me as far as brutality since his whole body was burned & disintegrated then his final decapitated head was being knocked around. Add to the fact that the head is likely still feeling the pain of no longer having a body.

I think it’s an honorable mention how the juvenile skullcrawler that attacked the humans in Kong: Skull Island (2017) it literally got its flesh blown off and was still conscious for a few seconds after they blew it up if that doesn’t count because the humans did it then I think that the 2 skullcrawlers Kong fought in the same movie, one literally got its skull crushed!

Another decent death would've been being spiked, well smashed to death. We can see this when Godzilla defeats the Male Muto. If you could clearly see, Godzilla's tail brutally smashed into the male muto's body, strong enough to make one of it's damn arms rip itself off. The Muto then proceeded to growl in pain as it's insides were probably mangled. furthermore, it would have probably lacked oxygen due to the impact of the smash. In real life, if a human were to experience this, their insides would be crushed and there would be a fragment in the skeletal system. Overall, this finishing seems brutal for a small and agile flying parasite. Nice Video!

I'll always love the original Kiss of Death that Godzilla lays on the female Muto. The Kiss itself is incredibly brutal, but it's the sound the Muto makes when Godzilla surprises her from outta nowhere by chomping down on her neck. She's busy hissing at and menacing a human, and suddenly you hear Godzilla grab her entire neck in his jaws and clamp down. His bite strength must be off the charts, cuz you hear vertebrae pop. And in that instant, the female Muto lets out a little yelp sound. A combination of shock and pain that worked so well in that context that I'll never forget it. The sound design and Foley artists did an amazing job for all the modern Godzilla flics, and the combination of the Godzilla CHOMP, the crackling spinal column and the female Muto's surprised, pain-filled gasp was just so fucking perfect that it will always be one of my favorite Godzilla kills of all time. There's a reason he's the King of the Monsters, and it's like he was reminding the entire world with that out of pocket murder. It couldn't have been meaner if G Man shanked her in the liver from behind. Which he might as well have done. The Kiss was actually unnecessary - he could've just bitter head off straight away, but he had a point to prove.

Not gonna lie, you guys explaining what Godzilla does to kill Muto and Ghidorah contradicts what y'all said in the MCU vs Shin battle about MV not finishing his opponents off. These deaths really are brutal

Not exactly. Godzilla only kills those who are his predators or don’t belong in the natural order. Mutos are his species’ predators, meaning that letting them alive will only result in karma. The same applies with King Ghidorah. King Ghidorah does not belong in the natural, meaning he’s invasive. The only solution to this is by killing them, or trapping and locking them up. All the other titans are neutral or genuine allies to Godzilla, hence why he lets them live after a fight. Now you might bring up Kong, but this is because Godzilla was mainly focused on finding Mecha Godzilla’s location, rather than killing Kong. He did try to kill Kong in their first battle, but was interrupted by the humans. In their second fight and third fight, Godzilla had enough respect of Kong to let him die peacefully. As for Mecha G, Godzilla appears to recognize it by its signature. Mecha G is still a part of King Ghidorah, after all. Although his looks resembles him, he still remembers that very familiar signature of the invasive alien, King Ghidorah.

@@neutralball1099 Yes exactly. From what you said, then you already know Shin is a unstable abomination that needs to be put down. He doesn't fit into the natural order either. As we seen in throughout the monserverse, Godzilla has great tracking skills and is able to sense energy signatures. He would able to sense the energy coming from Shin and realize it's a radiation monster like himself, but more unstable. Also due to how Shin is, a fight would enviably break out between the two. MV seeing Shin being able to regenerate would know it's similar to Ghidorah in being able to heal itself and would need to be finished off or else it would come back.

In the case of Ghidorah, his body got disintegrated pretty much by proxy, as Godzilla was Thermonuclear. Regardless, Godzilla knew that Ghidorah could regenerate from even a head, so he obviously chosen to finish the job entirely, something that didn't even happened to the female MUTO, as her body and decapitated head were still around. Given how Godzilla wouldn't know (and has no reason to expect) that Shin possessed such an insane healing factor, he wouldn't simply vaporize his entire body, at best he would end up like the MUTO, enough to come back once again.

@@Dexuz Speaking of that. Someone commented on the video MV could asbord radiation from Shin. So if that's the case, MV could go fire again the longer he is in contact. Yes he would know. They stated that Shin's regeneration was instant, something I think MV would pick up on and know what to do. Burning the body of a creature destroys their cells so would burn regenerative cells. So if Shin doesn't asborb the radiation from MV atomic breath, then most of his cells would be destroyed. Then if MV sensed the cells, he might try to asborb the radiation from the pieces left over.

@@mandalorianhunter1 I wouldn’t say he’s unstable. He’s just very reactive. Throughout the entire Shin Godzilla film, Shin is always on defense than offense. He never attacks anyone intentionally, unless provoked or attacked first. This mind set is why many catastrophes occurs in many movies where humans are forced to coexist with other entities. Take the X-Men universe. Mutants and Humans COULD coexist. But because humans fear and hates the mutants, it later leads to a war on both sides. The mutants themselves are neutrals. They don’t attack the humans, unless provoked. But because Trask, a human who despises mutants, began to experiment on innocent mutants, he was later killed by Mystique. But after he was killed, the humans deemed the mutants too dangerous and built sentinels to exterminate the entire mutant race. Now back to Shin Godzilla. Shin is a neutral kaiju. He simply wants to survive and that is it. There’s no conquering the earth, no killing off the kaijus, no ruining the balance. He just wants to live. But if Legendary DOES attack Shin, then there will be unnecessary damage; damages that could easily be avoided had the two never fought in the first place.
