I bought it with some bike magazine back in 1999 in Oxford. Mine got worn out as well. I wonder if there were simillar vids for other seasons...

I also had this as a free vhs on a magazine. It would have been either MBI or MBUK I recon. Must be around 22 years since I last watched it, but starting this video just now it instantly all came flooding back 🙂. Thanks for sharing 👍
