So pleased you like it! There's more about one of those stations - Narai-juku - on my website here: www.therealjapan.com/historic-streets-of-narai-juku-on-the-nakasendo-way/

Superb historical moments... worth every minute spent here. Thank You for such dedication and good taste on such careful edition... my Japanese Sensei had shown me her history book with those pictures and all labor activities and how cities were built, besides the propper clothing used. Your Video took me back to those precious moments: Thank You ありがとうございました !

So pleased you enjoyed this Regina. It took a long time to research all the images and then edit and colour correct them so that they all matched. So it's very rewarding to get great feedback like yours.

Very informative. Is possible to follow w each picture the road traveled, the habits of people, garments, way of communication, view, in short the detailed history of the period. Enjoyed all. Thanks or posting
