12:15 I’m sorry, but as a non-Muslim, the guys at the weddings usually go after the bridesmaids or people in the wedding party, because for some reason, the members of the wedding party are really sl*tty and are super jealous of the bride subconsciously so they usually end up hooking up with the guys- especially groomsmen. If a Muslim woman goes to a non-Muslim wedding, it is not likely that somebody is going to approach her especially if she’s wearing hijab and covered from wrist above and ankle and above. Guys want to get there rocks off and they would automatically assume that it will be harder to do that with a woman who is dressed in a modest and conservative manner as opposed to one of the drunken bridesmaids or sl*tty cousins of the brides (ask any American about the female cousins of the brides, I thin’ it’s in our culture to invite sl*tty cousins to weddings for some reason). From a non-Muslim perspective, the biggest thing you should worry about if your Muslim wife goes to a wedding are the WOMEN not the men. Especially if there is alcohol bc in America the bridesmaids love to get drunk at the reception and become lesbians. I was recently invited to a wedding, and there are going to be activities that I particularly do not condone going on with the bridesmaids party (male strippers, drinking, “girls trips “ to Maine, etc) so while I am comfortable attending the wedding, I will not be doing any of the pre-wedding events with the Bride before hand. If a non-married Muslim woman goes to a non-Muslim wedding that could possibly be cause for concern because weddings tend to have the effect of enabling women to put themselves in the brides shoes, so she may have visions of dressing like the bride, and maybe even consider marrying a non-Muslim man for this reason. I do agree that there are valid concerns for different religions attending weddings for one another, however, I don’t know that these particular concerns that are mentioned are relevant. I’m American and I got invited to an African wedding when I was really young and for the last 12 years I have envisioned having an African wedding. Never even touched Africa in my whole life but this Nigerian wedding was so amazing that over a decade later, when I consider getting married, this is what I envision- that is the worry you should have when it comes to Muslim women going to weddings. Trust me, I’ve been a woman for 24 years and I sell candles for weddings and events. I’ve never seen any Muslim woman leave with a man who isn’t her husband 🤷🏽♀️

Brother, never say marriage is a blessed sacrament...this is Catholic dogma. They say there are 7 sacraments, one of which is marriage. It is an excuses to have a priesthood as all 7 must be administered by a priest. We have no such thing in Islam.

Did he say you should never divorce a women when she is on her mensis? 51:00 Quran:65:1: O Prophet! If any of you divorce women, divorce them during their period of purity, and calculate their term. And be pious before God, your Lord. And do not evict them from their homes, nor shall they leave, unless they have committed a proven adultery. These are the limits of God-whoever oversteps God's limits has wronged his own soul. You never know; God may afterwards bring about a new situation. 65:4: As for those of your women who have reached menopause, if you have any doubts, their term shall be three months-and also for those who have not menstruated. As for those who are pregnant, their term shall be until they have delivered. Whoever fears God-He will make things easy for him. The Quran clearly says you can divorce only when she is menstruating and if she is not menstruating you have to wait 3 months and if she is pregnant until she give birth.
@oshuunadeem2 жыл бұрын
What? Where did you get this from?
@user-om7wz9nj6i2 жыл бұрын
You misunderstood. The sheikh is saying do not divorce a woman when she is ON her period, meaning the menstrual cycle. He is not referring to menstruation in the general sense. The ayahs you brought up are good but you misunderstood the point the sheikh was making, divorcing a woman while she is on her period is haram and is considered innovative divorce.

@@haiqah4856 I like to share with you a verse that might be relevant to you. 9:31: They have taken their rabbis and their priests as lords instead of God - the verse continues. There are so many Muslims around the world who have fallen into the same trap as the Jews and Christians did before them. Instead of reading the Quran they only follow their Sheikhs even if they contradict the Quran.
