if might be vitamin deficiency or some nutrition problem. Or it could just be that your body is not used to working so it's weak, therefore you just need to start good habits and get the ball rolling and eventually your brain and body will become stronger. A pastor said that a man who digs ditches will be rewarded by their body therefore they will grow muscle and thus they will be able to work harder and the person who is slothful will be rewarded too but with a weaker body so they will have a greater ability to do nothing. Either way there's hope for change.

Most of the slothful people I know are actually addicted to their phone. Not quite same thing. One had great success giving his phone to wife for the day.

I forgot to get the keys to the car and the one down the road and the window slam shut and I'm stuck inside and well they're on the driveway the people they're on the house and I don't own the house but I came in without asking permission exactly I've asked him permission but it'd be different permission than what they aware of they'll say I broke in I didn't do that and then then I'll be back into the slammer again I don't want to do that either so you know just come get me with a helicopter or something and a flashlight it's dark in here
