Can you do a video for walking a job for estimating and inputting it into your excel sheet?

We walk the job, take photos and videos, get the drawings, and then send those out to our subcontractors, and then we plug numbers in our spreadsheet, and then we plug everything into our Word proposal template, and then send the client the PDF via DocuSign.
