**1st Chakra** - having safe environment (house, partner, environment), listening to my body - eating the right food, have enough sleep, exercising and moving my body, self care and rituals, not rushing around **2nd Chakra** - feeling sexual, goddess like, energetic sensual being, even to myself if not to others, wearing nice clothes, hair **3rd Chakra** - willpower, saying no, having boundaries, not letting rubish in my life, stand for my values, not pleasing others, saying no, having a mission **4th Chakra** - home is a safe place, not feeling stressed, being queen in my kingdom , making it beautiful **5th Chakra** - throat chakra, art of saying no, not nagging other people, I have to amplify people with wisdom and guidance, not speaking down to others, putting energy to myself **6th Chakra** - learning and developing new skills, knowledge, hobbies **7th Chakra** - believe in my calling, higher power, destiny, ability to manifest, shape the world as I want it

1st and 2nd chakra for me is where the problem is . Financial safety / security and enviroment that takes a little extra work to be kept nice and tiny ( mould and humidity and condensation problems...also always cold, no sun, no plants are dying from it ...and it makes me not want to go out ever or dress up, because its so cold it makes no sense... ) I opened my own business and an year later even thought i do have some loyal customers, its not consistent orders ( Keto Bakery in the UK on Deliveroo ) and it doesnt pay my rent... i earn half...sometimes less, then i go to work odd jobs ...like under minimum wage veggie shop for the extra work . and all goes to rent . Sometimes I want to become single just to jump to the sugar daddy monthly allowance platforms and to only think about how to turn up on the date i'm being paid to be present to ...

Been so long in my masculine energy that when I shifted into my feminine energy I stopped having goals and just wanted to "be". But it actually drained me for a year and now I know why ! Women love having a mission too and it's not "masculine". Thank u Margarita, appreciated the concept in explaining it through the chakras also ❤

The whole thing you said about listening to sad music I think it’s really true (at least for me and some others). I tend to lean into very sad music, and maybe that could be contributing to my overall mood. That is wild never really thought about it like that. I always told myself it was just what I liked and never really connected it to my mood or struggles.

Time management. Have groceries delivered. Put chores on a timer and schedule. (Try Fly Lady) You only have to have a car serviced once in a while. Schedule time for self-care. I take a whole day off to do anything I want, without kids. I take another day for all admin work like scheduling appointments, phone calls etc. It's not perfect but I try to put in the effort. Make it work for you.

Thank you so much for integrating chakras into our lives. Being an Indian, this is perhaps the most liberating interpretation of it compared to all other ways where they teach about despising one's human existence and talk about awakening etc etc. If you are ever on that path, you initially feel excited but soon you feel disillusioned by Life itself and keeps you suffocated, alone and lost. Been there, done that. No more of that, Thank you. Margarita, your interpretation is so feminine, very liberating, fluid and yet so human and normal. Continue to Inspire us to illuminate. Love and more to you 🎉❤ That bundle of joy you are holding, is adorable.

the way you write takes my breath away as well. like it is hard to breath with the density of these words. being messed up, doing things through threatening challenges, having to make a plan(!) to finally be someone you should be. having to make someone proud but being horrible. aiming for success points, harsh timelines, deadlines, doors closing. no wonder you have trouble relaxing breathing flowing getting anything worthwhile done really. you are using neuro-linguistic programming against yourself. you are bullying yourself, instead of being your friend. probably picked it up from people around you who do the same thing to themselves. these disease-inducing mindsets are contageous. your body listens to every word you speak to yourself, it tenses up and contracts. through it all i feel the love and the life inside of you, wanting you to relax into who you actually are, if you allowed yourself to find yourself and be that. sending you much love

I always managed to take care of all these things naturally. But you have to be prepared to encounter many people who are not gonna like it. I was called selfish, shallow, lazy by all kinds of people. professors at the university/some colleagues at the office were bothered by me showing up well rested with freshly done hair and makeup. My own mom who believed in martyrdom above all things criticized me a lot and thought no man will ever marry me🙈. My boyfriend who was originally attracted by my feminine energy got pissed off when he realized I’m not sacrificing my entire life and my boundaries for his convenience. And even though i prioritized myself I was still a great student, good at my job, I wasn’t ever arrogant, lazy or irresponsible. But when you carry yourself with confidence and self love it’s annoying for many people around you, they’re gonna have opinions and criticizm. It’s a journey. Some people will truly admire you, some people will hate and get triggered just by your existence. But still I would 100% do to again, it’s all worth it. At the end of the day it’s your life and it’s all about how you feel.
@Blake_AW

And I’m not here to scare people off. I 100% agree with Margarita. But I feel like no influencer ever talks about the flip side of being a feminine woman in the society that had been teaching us to be good and convenient girls for decades.

It is so interesting how our ancestral DNA plays a role in what foods make us feel good/bad. I personally live off of red meat and carbs. I love fatty fish as well. I have slavic roots, and polish roots. I love fruits, but watermelon, honey dew, and cantaloupe are too acidic for me. I stick with berries, mango, and dried pineapple. I also cannot tolerate certain veggies such as garlic and onion. Anyway, spot on with the video. You are always sharing such useful information that is very understandable. Thank you!

Okay, first off, I am so sorry that you are going through this, even if it feels small and insignificant; if it bothers you, then it matters, and it's not small. As a 15 year old who hasn't been in a serious relationship, much less married or have had children. It seems like you re arange your needs for your husband, for your kids. As a parent and a partner, that's something you have to do, because unfortunately kids need constant attention with ever changing needs and a husband needs attention as well. But what has your husband re arranged for you? Has he made it a point to take time out of his week to take you to dinner or lunch or to spend 15 minutes with you before either one of you goes to work? Does he stay up late like you do? Im not talking bad about your spouse either, but it's something to think about, how much are you giving and how much are you receiving?

12:21 I dont think I have those “issues” like daddy issues or mommy issues, but like everyone does, I believe, we do argue sometimes, but that’s not even the point of it all, but especially when my parents do something that feels they do on purpose, I think the problem is actually because I do feel peoples emotions at lot, it’s really actually annoying to have it, because for a example, even if i’m right in a situation, I can feel you and I don’t like to make you feel bad for being wrong, yk? not in a people pleaser’s way, but just because I really hate creating situations like that.. And I can feel when my parents are with that mood, not that good, and I feel it so hard.. We definitely got better in many ways through years, but there’s still many things to work on ofc.. What hits harder is when something is feeling off and is in the same place, like your house, you live there since a long time, which means many emotions gonna be there, so when something it is hitting different you are at the same place and you kinda get flashbacks from that, it’s hard cause you know it’s not that and also not that deep, but still triggers..

I like the use of the term “sacrifice”. What is the reality you want to live in. Distractions “sacrifice” your goals and desires. Sacrifice your distractions and detractors and you achieve your goals and enjoy your higher desires. Yes chocolate is yummy. But feeling in shape in your clothes is yummier. Higher vs lower pleasures…

@@NictoryisMine Goshh yes have you seen the baby? Absolutely gorgeous. And honestly I don't get how she's sooo good with her timing of self care with a little cutie and still she takes care of all of them. Honestly commendable

Interesting how most things you described are actually what witches were like and how they disciplined themselves 🥰

@@humanityandme well, Magick is first of all about connecting to your true self and learning that the world around you is alive and participating in your journey so there are a lot of practices around being in nature or at least honoring the elements being aware of earth, food that comes from earth, giving thanks to the water you drink and the water that showers you, later it is about wisdom and reaching a deeper understanding that also gives you a sense of purpose and balance. Witches have a personal magnetism, they draw in to them what they desire rather than chasing or forcing reality. There are a lot of books you can read on Magick and it's a lifelong journey. On youtube I like to follow Neyah. She mostly talks about manifestation now but she has older videos about Magick, she's also been a witch since she was little.
