I do wonder what James would be like if he came shredded. He has always been a bit on the heavier side in Houston and it was okay because he needed power and the physicality to drive to the rim continuously and absorb contact. Now that he has lost a step I wonder if he can make it up by losing a bit of weight.

Get won't be dropping no 35 but I can see Harden at 25 and 8-12 assists a game. Embiid is otherworldly by the way. That Harden and Embiid PnR was something the Heat haven't seen yet and took Lowry completely outta the game because Bam switching onto Harden puts Lowry onto Embiid. Harden is playing great. He’s not surrounded by catch & shoot players like he was in Houston. The players he’s surrounded by in Philly need to score to be effective. Tobias & Maxey are not big contributors unless they are scoring…. So on this team Hardens main role is to manipulate the floor spacing provided by the attention on him & Embiid allowing the others to catch the ball with a huge advantage. This is the way Philly needs to play to win. Everyone complained about Westbrook’s inability to adjust to the needs of the Lakers & now everyone is complaining because Harden has adjusted to the needs of the Sixer. Also of note is the Harden rule changes went into effect this year.

Harden has played significantly better after rest so you have to think that's connected to an injury. Looking forward to seeing what they can do when he's healthy and when they've had more time.

Tbh I don’t think the length was the issue for Brunson I think it was the fact he got in foul trouble early in the first 2 games
