hi Christian, not sure what your looking at but please look again. my Kite safety leash is attached to the front hook of my nappy harness, always has been , as I was taught. The leash behind me is the board leash I use to secure my board , when it is really blowing , 30 knts plus .
@davidcummings79398 жыл бұрын
Hi Christian, Forgot to add that when you attached the safety leash to the back line ( I always go for th port line) I attach it to the slip ring as specified , so if I need to operate the safty leash, the bar and lines are able to run up the lengh of the back line through the Slip Ring , as designed to, The kite can not loop and you have the safety leash attachd to one corner of the kite, rendering the kite useless and flapping like a flag, down wind and harmless. All as specied by Best Kites . This may not be the case in other Kite makes. so simple but very effective.

really cool stuff. I just can't help but notice the safety leash attached to the back line, seriously dangerous. who taught this guy? I wouldn't want to see him have to release in strong wind = death loop
@lErssikeke8 жыл бұрын
Haha, back bar FTW! Easy to stay afloat when being dragged around. Just my opinion tho.
@johanneshahn76967 жыл бұрын
yes but i attache my leash on a bit over the chickenloop...I was out in 55 knots with an dice 7m and think.....mmmm. in this winds my safetysystem isnt working so i don't need one...before the landing i attached my leash on the right backline and landed my kite safe...If you are registered for the megaloopchallenge you learn that backline pulling is the only way to stop a deathloop...but you need to be strong xd
