I love that: "Practice the skill, not the drill". Need to practice with a planned purpose, to focus on one's weakest skill sets, not the ones already mastered.

Do Good Drill by Dave Spaulding Target: 3X5 card 8 rounds From concealment or duty holster 10 feet, dominant hand only, draw and fire 2 rounds in 2 seconds. 10 feet, support hand only, from ready, fire 1 round in 2 seconds. 15 feet, two hands, draw and fire 2 rounds in 2 seconds. 20 feet, two hands, draw and fire 2 rounds in 2.5 seconds. 30 feet, two hands, draw and fire 1 round in 2.25 seconds. Great video. I practice the wizzard drill and clean it often. I will try this one. Looks really challenging. My only problem is my arm is getting tired from throwing rocks because I dont have any more ammo....

Glad to see this today! A quick question for you Dave. at 10 feet do you even use the RDS? The reason I ask this because my eye sight is getting poor as I age, I have been using the DS sights on both my G19 and 48 and I am trying to decide if it is worth it for me to learn the use of the RDS for CC?
