If there is a will, there is a way! Being disabled didn't stop me from building my own home by myself. YES, it gave me great pain and tears of pain. But I accept the pain and rose above all odds. Now I have one of those most beautiful yards and home in the town. I am now 70 and in perfect shape, body, and mind.

2:27 This coming from a person like him means so much. He does not tell people "do x amount of this exercise and then eat this"; it is all about where you are coming from and work from there, with a healthy self motivated mind. You do not have to prove anything to anyone. It really changed something in my mind and I am grateful. I watched the original full interview and his words really stuck with me.

You can't blame anyone but your self. For allowing it to happen. You are the only one who can change it.

You know for all my 48years, people have told me " you can't do that" or " thats impossible" I love proving them wrong. The insulting thing is they then won't talk to me. It's not that I'm a bad winner, I don't rub their nose in it, they just don't like to proven wrong. I find alot of strength out of that. But there's always room for improvement.

As an old army veteran, who has failed so many times in my life, listening to Billy has changed my mindset. I feel okay about life now and go for long walks in the morning. I'm out of the pity party and feeling both physically and mentally better.

Fxxkin Brilliant video by Billy Billington, I have his autobiography the Hard Way, billy is a true adventurer and knows what he is talking about!, he brings so much knowledge and skills, techniques etc to the table. Billy is a great guy and one to follow. Save this video, like I have, it will be good for you to look back upon and make you into ultimately the best version of yourself and better. Have a safe, well, blessed day!. Jamie. ☺
