Nettle tea has been the best gout pain reliever for me. I've tried organic ACV, baking soda, ibuprofen, Devi'ls claw, cherry juice. Nettle tea has been the best, with almost instantaneous relief, after a few sips. Have yet to try celery juice/seed extract, but I have stocked up on nettle tea, for acute gout pain & as a general health tonic

I use Nettle leaf extract whenever I am in a hugh histamine state as its a natural H1 antagonist. Works just as well as a pharma one and with less side effects ime.

For arthritis/gout/joint pains, ... like modern medicine using ant or bee stings on specific locations, having a swat of stinging nettle on the affected location (as well as the internal tea), helps with joint inflammation and pain. Some of the chemicals injected by the stinging nettle include histamine, acetylcholine, serotonin, and formic acid. Histamine is an organic nitrogenous compound involved in local immune responses communication, as well as regulating physiological functions and acting as a neurotransmitter for the brain and spinal cord. Acetylcholine is an organic compound that functions in the brain and body as a neurotransmitter. Serotonin besides sleep properties, is known as 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), is a monoamine neurotransmitter. Serotonin also acts as a hormone. As a neurotransmitter, serotonin carries messages between nerve cells in your brain (your central nervous system) and throughout your body (your peripheral nervous system). Formic acid, like ant sprays, ant bites, some snake bites, and bee/wasp/hornet stings, has de calcifyiung properties (arthritis/gout calcium buildup), and has anti-bacterial properties. The neurotramitters get the brain, sending immune factors to the site, white blood cells, and physical anti-inflammatory responses (to the histamines and blood serum build up?).
