If you truly want more people involved in this community, there needs to be ways to make training more affordable. When you look at most reputable courses costing 500-700 for two days of training, which doesn't include the cost of fuel, food, lodging, ammo, or equipment required for the course, that isn't sustainable for a lot of people. You can easily create computer based training courses. Joe obviously advocates for people to go out and take training, which is how he makes a living. It's a copout to say you need to take one of his courses to access CBT modules that he wants to create. Make it available for purchase prior to attending a course or without ever take your course, specifically.

You should think about the fact that in order to teach others you have to put in a lot of work. Most of the time this takes decades to obtain the knowledge that you think you're entitled to at a price you deem acceptable. Computer based training courses are better than doing nothing but real world instruction gives you feedback regarding what you're doing wrong, so it's better.

That last bit on the NFA and Bruen instantly rang with me. That’s what I’ve been saying since the decision came down. The massive increase in popularity of suppressors and the ATF’s decision to consider large format pistols as SBR’s should absolutely now qualify them as “common use”. They’re no longer the “super niche crazy gun guy” items they were 20 years ago. I agree with him 100%. Even if you went by the previous decision from the SCOTUS, common use arms are protected. He hit the nail on the head with that.

Joe you won me over with the comment about guys with a bunch of defcons that they don't wear. You're right, nothing wrong with it it's their money. Not my cup of tea, but who cares?
