As a Pompey fan it's great to finally be on the up after such a dismal period of problems on and off the pitch, but Pompey were expected to go up unlike Brighton and Huddersfield who were not promotion favourites so for me that makes their promotions greater achievements, that being said PLAY UP POMPEY.

You missed danish side FC Helsingnør who upset Superliga mainstable Viborg in the promotion playoff after first drawing 1-1 in Helsingnør, then again playing 1-1 after regular time in Viborg. In extra time Viborg go up 2-1, and the dream looks lost, but Helsingnør equalise, and secure thier first promotion to the Superliga in the clubs history.

I'm from the US and even though we don't promote or demote teams in our leagues I want a chance to brag about my hometown team. FC Cincinnati is now in the semi-finals for the Lamar Hunt Open Cup in the clubs second year of existence. They are a division 2 team which is one step below the MLS, and they have already beaten two MLS teams in the cup tournament. The attendance numbers last year were also already better than over half of the existing MLS clubs and last year they were playing in division 3.
