I'm not a mint hunter, it really depends on age though. Some of the Silver Age stuff I get is lower grade, but its affordable and I can buy more comics!

As for living in Essex all your life (I'm aware you've not stipulated which part), you've not if you've lived in Hornchurch or anywhere else within any London Borough for any part of the last 59 and a half years.
