Cake: - 14 g melted butter - 22 g almond flour - 10 g zero calorie sweetener (dry) - ½ tsp baking powder mix - ½ tsp vanilla extract - 1 dash of cinnamon - 2 g sugar free maple sirup - 1 egg - 90 sec on high in microwave Frosting: - 20 g of Whey (vanilla or whatever you like) - 3 g zero calorie sweetener (dry) - ~ 30 g of milk (depends on whey and your liking) mix Sprinkles or other sprinkly things are optional roughly: 300 calories | 27 g P | 19 g F | 5 g Net C

I do a chocolate version of the frosting and the first time I ate this I literally couldn't believe this was healthy LOL This is a great snack recipe!! Thank you Rem sweetheart!!

If you want the icing to be slightly thicker, use one serving of fat free cream cheese too.

You will notice anyone selling a cookbook on KZbin normally doesn't post the recipes written out. Which make sense from a business perspective, thus you can either continually reclick on a video which gives it more views every time you want to make this or you can purchase their cookbook. Win win

try coconut or even a gluten free flour the results might be a little different but will avoid your allergies

you can also just mix casein and whey. I use 50/50

If you are that concerned just suck it up and use real butter. The fats will be higher and calories more but it will be tastier and still a really great snack to scratch that baked sweet itch.

Some of your kitchen Utensils list, are not poppin up.. But, the recipe cookbook link is finally poppin up, thanks for the fix... I personal think your beginning pics of your bod looked much better than now. Your face & body had more volume-bulk to it before, making you look healthier than you do now....too skinny now...face looks soooo thin... but hey dats just me....its whatever your sweet chocolate likes & u.

I eat cake for breakfast every day. If you blend oats and add milk, put in the microwave it turns into cake. I top with fruit and honey 😋 you can add nuts and protein powder into the dry ingredients and its even better!
