That stand-in they always used for Mr. T always cracked me up when I was a kid watching these. That mohawk skull cap was way too obvious! 🤣

Agreed. Also the stunt guy was a lot less muscular as well.

Its fun to watch on the Blu Ray set and see in slow motion the stunt doubles fighting jumping driving for the main 4 members Keep making A-Team videos Kurt

Worked as a propmaker in Hollywood in the '90s and 2000s building set for movies and TV. Because TV shows were recorded on video or 16mm film, the standards were much lower than on a film shot in 35mm. The cameras weren't great and neither were the TVs so everything being perfect wasn't important. We used to have a saying;"you will never notice that on my 13 inch TV". These old shows were never meant to be seen on a giant HD screen in 1080p. I have Star Trek TNG on Blu Ray, and if you pay close attention, you will notice all sorts of stuff. Gaps in walls. Plastic props. Sets that shake. Mismatched paint on the sets. Carpet or floors that are filthy or scratched. Bad wigs or makeup. Weird shadows in the background. I get a kick out of trying to find the mistakes.

That was such a great A-Team episode. I always thought the street where BA's mom lived was filmed on one of the back lots at Universal Studios. Kurt's videos are so entertaining and informative .

Loving the A-Team location vids. If there's any CA locations you can get to for Dukes of Hazzard from Season 2 on, would love to see one on that.
@MFBURNS79095 ай бұрын
They filmed a lot of Dukes of Hazard and The A-Team in Saugus california where Haskell Canyon and Copper Hill Drive meet. There's houses in that area now but I'm not sure how much of the area. It's an old movie ranch called Sable Ranch. I used to ride my bike back there

Ismael Carlo was in more episodes, he was a guerilla leader in Sheriffs of Rivertown (with Robert Davi) and he was a bad guy in the episode where Face finds out his ex girlfriend has become a nun. That Chinese henchman is Al Leong, he was in almost every action movie from the 80's. He is the guy who steals candy when the terrorists take over Nakatomi Plaza in Die Hard, and he tortures Martin Riggs in Lethal Weapon.

I grewup loving the A Team in the 80s we went to Universal Studios Hollywood and they had the A Team van but it was inflatable so you could lift it up so rad. And they had those jail cell bars that you could pull apart. The Conan show was awesome. I miss ET there I ran up those stairs from the bottom lot to the top I waited for my family to come up the escalator I couldn't make it up one flight of stairs now I'm 40😂

Looks like the helo pads are on the Ronald Reagan Building at 3rd and Main St. If you google earth with 3d buildings it matches up the shot over Hannibal's shoulder. And when Ray Wise id running to the copter you see the Wells Fargo Buildings split by the Aecom building with the BOA peeking out on the right, Another great Ep bro. 😍
