I got it in the mail, and it was just one episode. It was slime green, and one of the lightest VHS tapes I had, considering how little tape it consisted of.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. But I didn't want to reveal/spoil too much. Shredder forced the turtles to take him with them in their van because he had captured Michelangelo and hidden him somewhere in the city. I remember this part because it was a pretty dark plan from Shredder. He pretended Michelangelo was still alive, but had planned that by the time they arrived Michelangelo would have already died a painful death (dissolved in acid), with the other turtles to die soon after.
