The problem starts with woody and his meddling The next problem is you have a GM who in 6 years has failed to build an offensive line his drafts have been hit and miss and every free agent signing has been a complete failure this year he decided to take the strength of this team which was our defensive line and make it a liability The lack of this coaching staff to develop a QB forced Rodgers here and with that came hackett who has been a nightmare and all his golf buddies signed veterans all past their prime with big names and big salaries and thats the product a culture less team with a bunch of big names and not much else

I don't think Rodgers is AS bad as people are saying. I mean people are saying he is on Will Levis level and shit. But I think the jets gave him too much power. He's an all time great HoF QB, not GM. He shouldn't be making GM decisions.

I keep looking at the last year he had in Green Bay and it wasn’t so bad but it also wasn’t great. He brings more drama than he brings in football experience. The great ones really elevate the players around them and Rodgers seems to do the opposite. Now he says there needs to be more joy but he is the one who is joyless. He contentious with the media but forgets he is part of the media with his weekly Pat McAfee shows. The Jets need to finish out this season as best as they can, but after that, all connections to Aaron Rodgers should be severed 😎

Garret Wilson has regressed a bit... He suffers from lapses in concentration and drops routine catches. The rebuilt O-line has been a a Huge disappointment, on paper it should be a top 10 unit instead they struggle in pass protection and run blocking is horrific, watch how many times Hall gets hit in the backfield. Don't forget that the Jets were locked in on Trevor Lawrence until they blew it so, Zach was the consolation prize. I don't blame Rodgers, many sports writers felt that any capable QB could take this team to the playoffs and AR was only 2 yrs removed from back 2 back MVP seasons when Joe D. made the trade. He still makes elite throws [ that laser to Wilson was literally perfect, it bounced off into Beany's hand] At least 4 of the Int's are due to WR's running the wrong routes or drops. Much of the Blame is on Joe D, Taking Darnold over Josh Allen, drafting OT Beckton over Wirfs, Letting Bryce Huff and JFM walk was a mistake, they fit Saleh's schemes very well. this whole Hassan Reddick circus is on Joe too

Rodgers has no escapability anymore and can't make plays out of the pocket. He can still throw sometimes, but it's obviously not enough. Rolling out used to be a big part of his game, but he doesn't have the wheels anymore and constantly gets caught. He's almost 41 and coming off an Achilles. Only one QB has ever played well past 40 and that was Brady, who is a statistical aberration in every way and who also had an obsessive workout and diet routine and worked out in the off-season with his receivers. I think the game also might be passing Rodgers by. He's not reading defenses correctly anymore. The Vikings made him look stupid. He's not even a top 20 QB anymore. I think last year, without an Achilles tear, Rodgers would have had a better shot, but now he's done. Maybe he could be a wheelchair QB like Peyton and Elway were at the end, just riding good defenses and handing the ball off, but his defense sucks and so does his run blocking. Firing Saleh made no sense. Hackett is the one who sucks. They need a real OC.

😂 AR was the most propped up QB in the league. With the fudgies, 1 of THE sweethearts of the NFL, the refs made sure they won. A lot. Jets bought into the BS. He was on the decline in WI. He had to sit for an off-season and entire year with his last completed pass to a Lion, my team😂. There is zero surprises that he's helped to ensure Jets stay a dumpster fire. And they still wasting resources to pick at 7 , Devonte looks so happy to be on another 2 win team 😂 Jets stole our SOL and I'm here with the popcorn enjoying every bit of this shit show. Its too bad y'all didnt make the Fudgies sit with him and his massive, waste of a contract and short on picks. Jets got fleeced. Rodgers was always an overrated QB anyway, even when he was in his prime! So adding a 40 year old Rodgers to the team was always going to be a recipe for disaster! The Jets are terrible and issues with the team will not be solved until they hit on a young franchise QB in the draft that is on Dak’s level of QB play! But that won’t happen because they are an incompetent franchise!

Lifelong Packer fan here. 2009-2014 Rodgers was the best qb ive ever seen. But not long after that, Rodgers began devolving as a player and stopped trusting in the offensive scheme. Became completely autonomous and was out there just doing his own thing. Im reminded of a play in I think 2017 where Mccarthy called a play and told Marquez Valdez Scantling to run it one way and Rodgers told him to run it a different way. MVS did was his coach told him to do and Rodgers didnt throw to him again for like 4 games. Ended up costong them a game where MVS waa open for a would be gw td but Rodgers never even looked his way. Rodgers drew a line in the sand with his coaches and teammates. Mccarthy was fired not long after. Rodgers tried pulling the same garbage in Lafleur's 1st year with the team and then they drafted Love the following offseason. Dude just isnt capable of being part of a normal functioning football team anymore.
