OMG I just read several articles on this case and that man NEVER should have been given back those shotguns. They confiscate his shotguns after threatening to blow one daughter's head off, they turned around and gave them back and then he turns around and DOES blow the mother's head and the girl's sister. Said they had to be "put down". This man was evil just pure evil, no remorse whatsoever. That's so sad, so sad. Now this living daughter, not only lost her mom but, her sister as well. There's no recovering from that.

Interesting video. Thanks for recording and posting it. I found the story online but in keeping with your wish to not mention names, I won't. Huge tragedy. I think the perpetrator was truly loony from something like dementia. Or maybe he is just evil, which I could believe based on his livelihood of running an "animal farm" and all the animal suffering and misery that entails. In the video, all the pens gave me the creeps, and now I know why. The news reports he was a dog breeder and the property was a "puppy farm!" In the US, puppy farms are called puppy mills. They are highly inhumane, cruel and unforgivable operations that warehouse adult dogs and breed them constantly to profit by selling the puppies. A Huge percentage of pet store puppies come from puppy mills.(Don't shop! Adopt from a shelter or rescue group!) Once the adult dogs are worn out and broken down from all the continuous breeding, their "humans" dump them or turn them over to a kill shelter because they have no profit-making ability anymore. I read the killer got life in prison which is a just sentence for killing the women, but it's also payback for all the vile things he did to the animals on his "puppy farm." Rot in Hell!

It saddens me to think of not only the loss of life but the straight disrespect for that loss of life. If for no other reason to respect that property it should be for the deaths and grief of the family. Forever if they choose they can come and hold candle light services, lay memorial flowers, pictures or just to come remember good times laugh, pray and leave. Story about the murder: A old guy shothis wife/gf and her daughter. There is a recording of the step daughter calling 911 saying he shot her mother. He also shot all of the dogs. It was all over the uk news.

I actually watched a TV documentary on this. He did shoot all his dogs. Now he didn't have any other animals. Was in England. Supposedly disappeared. Was portrayed as more well to do. I believe he lost everything somehow. Or it was his wife's. Cannot remember all the details.

Good video thanks for posting. I have read conflicting stories about this man some say he was was kind to his animals and that he only shot the 3 dogs because he knew they could never be rehomed due to them being aggressive and he believed only he could control them. They say the reason he did what he did was because he was at his wits end after having his bank account emptied by the two women then when he realised they had drained the bank account of his actual wife who was extremely sick and dieing of cancer he snapped. I also heard an account from someone who had brought a dog from him this person said John was a lovely man who cared for his animals he said his dog who is now 12yrs old was in good healthy condition when he brought it. I don't know the truth I hate animal abusers with a passion but like I said I've heard so many different conflicting stories.

that shack you called a place to wash animals was a place to kill animals. You can see where he tied them up at the opening cut the main artery in the neck - and the dried blood is there -sprayed in specific areas on the walls. The blood flows down hill to a hole in the wall and the small trap door next to it is to push whatever organs that were cut out. I'm sure he butchered both cows and horses to feed his family and the dogs. If he had monkeys- they eat raw meat too. There is 1 good size chicken coop /egg collection is done through boxes hanging on one side. (chickens eat meat too). And it looks like he was more into pigeons/doves and there are alot of cages for parrots . Tho they might have been used for monkeys. sorry for the crossed out words . This computer does that if I make 1 correction.
