The more we talk about money as black people, the more we will less intimated or mesmerized by it because it is merely a tool of transacting. Hi guys Great topic you are discussing. Humans need to be having such conversations so as to encourage each other with the right things. You touched on an important topic of parents who keep saying: "Anginamali!" Then, when looking back, they wonder as to why there are lack footprints on their paths. There is a power in your words. This cycle of senseless utterances needs to come to an end. Stop speaking negativity into your life, kids lives and the lives of those around you. We need an entire vlog on the importance of what you speak or affirm, using your tongue! It is laziness to speak without thinking or considering what you say, simply because you are annoyed or being momentarily dismissive. What's worse, is realising what you have said is wrong and not repenting from or retracting it. If this is a challenge for you, try to learn to be a person of a few intentional and positively impactful words. Blessed day to all.

“People who are in debt should save themselves”. Sooo true. I remember my sister settling my mom’s Edgars account and destroying her store card. After the account was settled, my mom went back to Edgars and told them her card was lost and started a new debt 😹

Thank you Mpume and Nic . I fully agree that the person that got himself/ herself in debts should not be rescued he must get himself out. I did that to a person rescued him out of R400k debts a year later he started again. Now he is in the same situation and literally refused to get him out and I ended up being a bad person and shame andizi until realized that he is not responsible with money. I offered to assist with budgeting but he told me he has nothing to cut , so when he realized that he is irresponsible he can come to me for guidance.
