this was not 10 tweaks and the last one wasnt even advanced it was just a basic pc maintance. Some of these tweaks are not working only like the power plan thing but i recommend to put that high performance and not ultimate and the nvidia control panel scaling thing only tick the fullscreen nothing else in that section!!
