Build of the day, ULTRA WINTER ZILEAN. With a side of vein popping. (Requires good timing skills) Perfect for top, mid and specially support, buy tear up for your early stacking. Glaciar rune. and Font of life main runes, the slowing of any source from Zilean, be items or skills activates fount of life, meaning your autos or your entire team will benefit from some healing while the enemy is basically on a lock down. Immediately rush Rylai's scepter after tear. The thing is, max out Zilean's slow alongside the bomb. Press slow + bomb, refresh. When the slow is about to end land the second bomb, this will trigger glaciar + rylai's scepter slow for a multiplicative so hard it literally matches Zilean's slow. By the time that slow ends, you'll have your E again and repeat. This will cause the enemy (unless hyper movable champs, just wait until they waste their mobility skills) To mark Zilean as the global taunt target which is good, or with a 20% chance to say the N word at you in all chat for a whooping live report. The rest of the items? oh whatever, full ap cooldown items, get a Echoes of Helia if you're supporting since fountain of life will trigger the damage if your adc follows up in your evil permaslow deeds. Grab an exhaust just for extra mind damage.

Sylas is a hardcounter to zilean, the same as katarina. luckily he didnt went aggressive early on you. otherwise its close to impossible to lane as zil against sylas

I wish they would add to zil a bit... make his bomb add a debuff that last 5 or 6 seconds and every bomb landed refreshes the debuff add extea effects like more damage on 3rd, 4th does something else... or give him scaling in some way on autos. I would give up hia current passive for something that hurts people. Maybe make it per 200 exp he gains haste and ap, because he is slowly getting younger or whatever

Zilean isnt annoying What is REALLY ANNOYING is morgana 3 second bind black shield Why because unless you play xerath or brand she autowins the bot lane if the morgana actually is mechanically competent Morgana also is extremely invade friendly n roam friendly meaning i would often have to buy pinks like i would against evelynn or rengar or viego I would ban her 70 percent of the time only exception is if i knew she wouldn't be picked at all or if im last pick in which I could run brand and try to outplay her
