Chris B I kinda wish she had more uniqueness to her screams, she sounds EXACTLY like Emma from Dying Wish. I just don't wanna girl screams to start imitating cookie cutter versions of others like how males have done the past decade. We're just starting to get past the typical Cookie Monster vocals in every band, I don't wanna female vocalists goin down the same path. Look at Courtney from Spiritbox, she has quite the unique scream.

There’s so much I have to say about this song and this whole album in general, but I love how this bands vision has changed. I’m so proud of Vincent as well with how far he’s come. This may be common knowledge but this album seems to be about how we’re killing the very earth we live in. Not a new invention of the wheel by any means, but the take is different this time around, venting hate and contempt for those causing our Mother Earth to bleed and die, hence “Matricide.” Acacia has received a lot of hate over the years for being unintelligent with its lyrics and I can’t understand why. Maybe we just didn’t see what was being said. I suggest to go back and read the lyrics for The Hills have Eyes. You might see more at play there. Or I’m some retard on the internet looking too closely at song lyrics. Anyways cheers guys, and cheers TAS.
