These videos are perfect, they give us an amazing insight into the Academy lads' lives and how they're getting on and it's like we're getting to know them, I don't know of any other football club that produces these videos absolutely world class work and my favourite West Ham series ever COYI

Great video inspiring i'm a young 9 year old footballer trying to train my best to become a pro i'm actually playing in the under 11's instead of the under 10's I would love to be picked up by an academy early i'm sure it would help me develop quicker I am trying to push myself my Dad uploads my matches to my channel I hope i can make it to be a pro one day
